Temporary Files and Temp. PC Health File

When I run disk cleanup, only two boxes are checked as files to delete. My temp files and temp pc health files always seem to be taking up space. What are these files and are they safe to delete? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks a lot.

i agree there no longer needed so you can delete them
