temp internet files in ME

Having just installed ME I don't seem to be able to locate the temp. or cookie folders. I have been using win 98se and when I opened Window explorer all I had to do was opeeen the windows folder and there I was. Please help

And that's where they are -- C:\Windows C:\Windows\Cookies C:\Windows\TEMP C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files Goto Start >> Settings >> Control Panel and click "view all Control Panel options" Then find, Folder Options >> View >> Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)" And uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types" And put a dot in "Show hidden files and folders"
