tapiexe.dll won't come off my computer and it's a keylogger. It says it's in use. I can't even remove it in safe mode. PLEASE help, I've already been hacked before because of this.

Right click MY COMPUTER - left click PROPERTIES.
Go for what Wawadave says then change your passwords.
Step One - get a full note of the exact path to the file such as C:\Windows\system if thats where it is.
Step Two - Boot from a bootable floppy or CDROM into DOS, and change to the C:\ drive, then navigate to the file's directory and delete it once and for all. You cannot delete a file if it's in use by Windows, so if you boot the pc without using Windows, it cannot be in use. Definitely see Dave's post above to scan your pc for any other troubles. Once rebooted you will not have the file any more so it cannot load.
