Since I went to Me I don't always have my windows sounds. But I can play them with Windows media player. Other times I boot up with sound. What Gives?

Check under Start, Settings, Control Panel, Sound and Multimedia and under the Sounds tab. Start there and see what your options are, and see what has sounds enabled or disabled. Otherwise I really have no clue.
