Comment: I don't know alot about computers, but what I do know is that system restore used to work, but ever since I had gotten a Klez worm and deleated it. And then of course turned System Restore back on. System restore will not go back at all, and only is making system checkpoints and their not working either. Does anyone know what I should check out, and maybe how to fix it. Thank You Gina

Reply: (edit)well if you've previously turned restore off, now you can't go back to points you made before turning it off, only new one. What happens when you try to go to one of the new ones?
I suggest searching this site for system restore, as many many people have had problems with it, I'm sure that something that worked for them will work for you.
