Could anyone tell me if Windows ME has "SFC"
SYSTEM FILE CHECKER when you go to
RUN and type sfc.exe
Because when I type sfc.exe I get a message to say windows cant find it. I know I had it in Windows 98SE. Thanks for any help Guys.

There IS A SFP in WinME and it runs all the time if *StateMgr is enabled. I think SFP is essentially like SFC except you can't control it.

In C:\windows\system\ there's a SFP folder which contains a SFPlog.txt.
