in error i changed the cpu
frequency from 100mhz to 133mhz
after save and exit from bios
my system fails to respond.
i've tried the boot disk ect
but i cant get anything on the
screen.
is there any way i can get into
the bios to change the setting back.
m/board asus a7v.

As soon as your machine starts to boot, start pressing the del key or what ever the key is to get into the bios. If that still doesn't get you in, you will have to either remove the battery on the motherboard or short out the bios (there is either a jumper on the motherboard or two points that you short out with a screwdriver). Once that is done, your bios will be reset to the default.
