Every once and a while I go about trying to change the background of a certain folder, or right clicking on a certain web link and get errors that say something such as "your system administrator has disabled this blah blah blah." This computer is not connected to a network; it is sitting by itself on my desktop. I have no idea how I can go about re-enabling some of these features. Oh yes. I have no restore CD.
