i still have the same problem i got an adware and it worked and everything it got rid of all my spyware but i still have the same problem every single time i open a new page on my browser(sbc yahoo browser) it has an internet script error and the error is always library not registered and everytime on start up i get these 2 errors the first one it says Registry editor cannot import sys.reg: error opening the file there may be a disk or a file system error and the second one says WJview error error: could not execute main: the system cannot find the file specified if anyone knows anything that can help i would apreciate it alot

Not sure what's going on with your first error message, you might re-register some of your system files, I'll try to find info.
The second error has to do with Java, I think. You can type jview at the MS-DOS prompt to get Java version.

I haven't been in ME for a while, but I think you can go to Start/Run and type wjview for your version.
But I think your problem is related to stuff you don't want.
You may be able to remove the startup entry.
Start-Run-Regedit
Navigate down to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Remove the entry.
Then search the hard drive for the file sys.reg, and delete it,
if found...from Safe Mode if necessary.
Update your AV program and run a full system scan.Run a free online scan if you must. We'll provide links if need be.

Once you are certain your pc is malware free, close IE and try this:
1 Quit all programs that are running (including antivirus).
2 Click Start, and then click Run.
3 Type regsvr32 /i urlmon.dll, and then click OK.
4 When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.If this does not resolve the problem, repeat steps 2 through 4 for each of the following files (in step 3, replace Urlmon.dll with each of the file names below):
Shdocvw.dll
Msjava.dll
Actxprxy.dll
Oleaut32.dll
Mshtml.dll
Browseui.dll
Shell32.dll
Oleaut32.dll

How to Check If You Have the Microsoft VM
To determine if you have the Microsoft VM installed on your computer:
If you are running Windows 98 or Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me)
On the taskbar at the bottom of your screen, click Start, and then click Run.
Type: command
At the command prompt, type: jview
If a message displays information about Java, you have the Microsoft VM installed on your computer.
If a message displays Bad command or file name, you do not have the Microsoft VM installed on your computer.
