every time i open the computer a black screen and a message pop up "sync out of range" and i have to restart my computer alot so it works i set my adapter refresh rate to default but nothing changes somebody help me pls

First make sure your monitor is properly defined. The "default" may be too high for your monitor. If you can't get the proper drivers for your monitor, you will have to go and set each resolution's refresh rate manually. Check the manual for the monitor for it's maximum rates or else set them by trial and error.
