my monitor displays a black screen
and a message {monitor out of range}
and i have to restart computer many times
to make it work
how can i get rid of this message and what does it mean?

You need to go into your video settings (right click on desktop then properties/settings/advanced/adapter and then choose a refresh rate low enough for your monitor to handle. You want the refresh rate to be as high as possible without damaging the monitor.
