I recently upgraded to ME from 98SE ,Now every once in a while I get a pop up from my zone alarm firewall wanting to allow this sucatreg.exe to access the internet ??? Does anyone have any idea what this is or is it a virus? I run my updated AV ,Adaware,cwshredder,and they all find nothing ? Thanks in Advance !!!

Try going to Internet Options/Advanced tab,and under the Security heading, UNcheck "Check for publisher's certificate revocation".
