stupid ME Help keeps dying

what is the deal with this? i have done umpteen fresh installs, and Help Center works for a bit, and then dies.. it will open, but i get the classic "page not found" screen and none of the buttons will work..
do you have to have Outhouse Express installed for this thing to work? i won't have that thing on my computer, sooooo....

This happened to me when ME first installed.
Have you done your Windows Updates? One of them is for the Help Centre. I never had any trouble with it after installing the update.
If you haven't done your Updates, there is also a System Restore 'fix' for the Sept 8th problem. You'll need that if you're going to keep System Restore enabled (and I suggest you should)
