On starting computer I get following error- OE:018F:BFF613E7 I am unable to get into safe mode as the same error comes up. any help may may save computer goin out the window!

Try reinstalling your os on top of it self. Do it from dos, but you have to make a bootdisk first.And you have to have you os cd.
