My home page and favorites kept on changing automatically when I started my computer. I just had the AIM virus and I got a lot of adware and spyware with it I found the problem and it was with my startup group items. There is something called Pornkings Download Plus in there. I went to msconfig and disabled my startup group items from running and that stopped the home page and favorites from changing. I need to know how I can get into my startup group items and delete them because I cant do it in msconfig.

I use the program reg claner 4.3 to remove entries no longer needed, it's a great program, you can do a lot with it. Anyway after a lot of searching I found it for free here: http://www.webmasterfree.com/software/782.html Enjoy, John...

If you want to pay there are a few but you can still scan with these programs to find other adware and spyware. Spykiller, Spy Ferrett and Spyware BeGone found other stuff on my machine that Spybot and Ad-Aware didn't find that I still can't get rid of myself, might have to pay. I even Restored my computer back to when I bought it and I'm still getting this junk. AAAAGGHHH.
