On startup the error message 'explorer has caused an error in mlang.dll explorer will now close' appears, once you 'ok' this message it keeps popping up, I can't open anything even the start menu. Help !!! I searced your forum and tried your suggestion to Go to start/Run, type fonts, delete mystssi.tff & mystssk.tff, but they don't appear in the fonts window.........

Helen, the message is telling you that you have a corrupt file. Perhaps you can get another copy of 'mlang.dll ' from M$ and eliminate the error. HTH.
