Starting WinME in DOS

Does anyone know how to start Windows ME in Dos mode? I heared that they have been removing DOS off the newer operating systems, but i dont think it is true.

On the left of this column there is a serch field. Type DOS in it and you will find more out about DOS on this site than you will ever be able to use.
