I have a Compaq Presario with ME. When I open up my computer it opens up to Prodigy Internet. How do reset the computer to open up to Outlook Express?

yea..Compaq sux...HP is better. Compaq wants you to installed just their Components, if you decided to change it, it becomes unstable.

I have a Compaq too and it crashed one time, Compaq made me buy their Recovery Discs.

Try Start>Run>type Sysedit>Select Win.ini
Under Run=type path on your machine to Outlook Express
on mine its C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe
replace prodigy reference if it is there
Close and answer yes to save changes
Restart
I went ahead and did this tomake sure there were no problems on my machine. If, however something should go amiss, simply remove file reference from run= section of win.ini file
