I'm fixing a computer for a friend with Me.
When i start the it is loading then restarts in safe mode what should i do.

Are you certain it is actually starting in Safe Mode, and not just 'basic VGA' (low resolution)?

When in Safe Mode, there will be "Safe Mode" indicators in each corner of the screen.

It might also be helpful to know:

What was originally wrong with the machine?

What have you done (so far) to correct that problem?

Any error messages?

It's starts up in "safe mode" and i can get into the system restore but i tried id and it dosen't helped
