a required start up file xmlparse dll comes up at start was not found have had ICQ and AOL messenger but think I found it in ICQ but have deleted eveything now but still get A reguired start up dll file,xmlparse was not found

xmlparse appears to be something completely seperate of aim or icq. Go ahead and run an msconfig to make sure you've not gotten any startup programs causing this error, I suspect its just a rinkydink program thats been installed and now is missing :)
