When i click on Start Menu and go to Programs section i can`t see all the shortcuts.I can see them when i click on a pointers sign.What i have to do if i want to see all the shortcuts ?

That is a new fuction of ME and 2000. Shortcuts you have not accessed in time will not be shown in the start menu in less you expand it out. Its a nice new feature.

To diable it, go to Start>Settings>Taskbar and Start Menu and then uncheck "Use Personalized menus".
