Spyware?

im really not the brightest on a pc as u might have gatherd from some of my earlier posts lol.Reading about all this thing about companys get can get stuff of u and information etc. It made me download thois thing adware i think were it removes all this spyware stuff.However it brought up loads of files and im s--- scared of deleting anything! will it be safe and will i remove whatever this spy thing is?

Back up first with AdAware,manually back up your registry,(even though you might already have a backup for today),but keep in mind...if you delete a spyware component which is part of a program you want to keep,that program is likely not to function properly.That's something you might have to decide for yourself.

AdWare has a back up feature to reverse any accidents. Besides, I've always deleted what it finds (check the file name and you can get an idea of what it is before deciding) and have not one problem with any deletes.
It's very good at what it does.
