SpyGuard adn Spysweeper

I have installed SpyGuard and Webroot Spysweeper. When I log onto the Internet, SpyGuard keeps givng me a pop-up message that someone is trying change my hompage setting from H:\\Aol.com to H:\\Aol.com. So there is no change. The message pops up constantly regardles of whether I tell Spyguard to go bak to the original homepage or accept the new homepatge. Are the programs not compatible? Does anyone have a suggestion?
