Comment: I get spool 32 errors when tryng to print some web pages from AOL 6.0, which locks my PC (Dell Dimesion, Win ME, 550Celeron) up, upon reboot I have to Restore Active Desktop. I've tried removing and reinstalling original Driver on CD that came with my HP 932C, also tried latest drv off HP site. Most websites print fine, as does local apps (MS-Office...), it's just some websites. I also tried AOL 5.0, same problem. Likely some conflict between AOL, WIN ME and/or HP printer driver. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Reply: (edit)AOL browser does stink.but the spool error heres what ya can do go to msconfig go to the start up tab on the top of it and when you are there you will see alot of boxes with check.uncheck them all and then hit appl and ok it will then want to restart your comp go ahead and do that.when it comes back up it will have a box that says dont see this again click that.if that doesnt get read of the error go into safemode knock out the com ports and restart but first do a uninstall of the software befor this and that should clear it up for ya.
