Does anyone know where I can get some current SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio Drivers for a Compaq PC w/ME My audio (in games) randomly cuts out, or is scratchy for short periods of time. Anolog devices website is useless. -Thanks

i have soundmax2 and for some reason, whenever i try to open up the controls for it, ti gives me the error message saying that windows has a problem opening soundmax.cpl
does anyone know what's wrong? plz i need help bad

www.compaq.com/support There are softpaqs there to download for the SoundMax drivers. Search for SoundMax. Good place to start if you have a Compaq PC.
