i need help with my sound. it seems to play but nothing is coming out of my speakers. my plugs are all plugged in and i followed everything possible to fix this, including the computers help and support system nad many website. please help me. thanks ahead of time

What do you mean it "seems" to play? What indication do you have that it's playing, but yet you have no sound? What all have you done to troubleshoot?
