Sony cd-rw burner problem

I have a Sony CD-R/CD-RW BURNER. I just bought it and i'm already having a problem. The application that they gave me example B-clips doesn't work properly. I can read the info in my CD-RW in my computer but not in the application. Nero doesn't work properly with the burner also. Same problem. Is there any application that'll work with Sony properly?

I also just purchased a Sony CDRW and received both B's Recorder Gold and B's clip with it. Naturally I installed both. Clip messed up my computer from the first minute. I took it out and am not having any problems with Recoder Gold. It has been used for backup, data transfer, video and disk copy with no problems. I don't fully under stand what Clip is to be used for, but it did not work for me.

I also have B's recorder gold but that doesn't work properly either. It doesn't recognize my CD-RW disk. Is it normal though that i can burn info in my disk yet i'm unable to see the files in B's Recorder gold. Only In my Computer.
