I have a Sony F630 notebook and I was wondering if it is possible for me to set a BIOS password? I'm looking for MAXIMUM security for my computer.

If you go into your BIOS, you should be able to set a password there...just look through the vailable options and you should find it...just look at the screen on bootup, there should be a line that says press F2 to enter setup or press DEL to enter setup.
