Hi everybody. (Are you there, SMUOD? -For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, you can read here: http://computing.net/windowsme/wwwboard/forum/21050.html)One friend told me about the RegSvr32 program for registering .dll files. I tried it with all the .dlls included in the SmartScore program and this is what I got:
There are 7 dlls in the program's folder. 5 of them (CTOCR32.DLL, CTOCRC32.DLL, ENFCur.DLL, gearpd.DLL and Timer.DLL) show this message after running RegSvr32 on them:
"C:\Program files\SmartScore\(any of the mentioned).DLL was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found. DllRegisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of C:\Program files\SmartScore\(any of the mentioned).DLL
may be in memory. Consider using PView to detect and remove it."Timer16.DLL shows after RegSvr32 the following: "LoadLibrary (C:\Program files\SmartScore\Timer16.dll) failed. GetLastError returns 0x0000001f."
Timerthk.dll displays: "LoadLibrary (C:\Program files\SmartScore\Timer16.dll) failed. GetLastError returns 0x0000045a."
I tried copying the files into the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory (where RegSvr32 is located) and got the same results.
Maybe this info is useful for helping to solve my problem with this software.
Thank you for reading. As I said before, any suggestion is highly appreciated.
Regards.
