how do you set windows to move the window when dragging the window around instead of seeing that border of the window then dropping it someplace.

right click on desktop , properties , appearance , effects
check "show window contents while dragging.
Hopefully this is correct, im using WindowsXP right now and im not sure if the tabs are the same.

thanks, i found it in the effects tab for windows ME.
