smooth mac-like window moving

how do you set windows to move the window when dragging the window around instead of seeing that border of the window then dropping it someplace.
right click on desktop , properties , appearance , effects check "show window contents while dragging. Hopefully this is correct, im using WindowsXP right now and im not sure if the tabs are the same.
