Slow right click pop-up menu

When I right click on any file (winMe), it takes a really long time for the pop up menu to open. When an MP3 is playing, it even stops for a few seconds until the menu opens up. It is very annoying and wastes alot of time for people who work with files alot. I have a PIII-1Ghz, with 256MB RAM - don't think it's my system. The only thing on the pop up menu is winzip - but I removed shell integration from that and it still opened slowly. Any ideas? Thanks.
