It takes about 3-4 trys, 10-15 minutes of my time to get my ISP web page to finally come on screen. The dialing time is slow, doesn't recognize my password, half the time, disconnnects me because of that, I retry and finally get recognized and the web page usually gets half loaded and then stops, then starts loading some more. This hole process is just agrivating to me. The ISP is no help, says all my settings are correct. Once I am online everything works just great. It's just getting my ISP web page to load promptly, thats the big problem. Bye the way my modem is a PCTEL Platinum v-90. Is there any tips and tricks I can do to speed up this process? My device manager says everthing is working correctly and that I have the latest drivers.
