I have a major probleme that is messing my computer up in the process. Ok everytime I log on to my computer I go to my account on my computer (windows ME) and when I try to shut down, or log onto another user. The screen fades a little to a blackish color like it is going to actually do it then it goes back to my desktop with no changes. So to shut down I am having to do a improper shutdown or control alt delete twice.
