Hi My error states" Exception OE occured at 0028:C000E8BE in VXD VMM(01) +00D8BE This was called from 00028:C004ACPF in VXD V Fat(01) +0000B23F. It may possible to operate normally. This happened at shutdown in Win ME. Was able to shut down when any key was pushed What is the problem? Thanks-Mark
