If you boot the computer sometimes it boots fine until you get past the windows me splash screen then it comes gives the Error "Explorer has caused an error in SHELL32.DLL. Explorer will now close." There isn't an option for details on this error only a close option, and when you close you can't get to the regular desktop, there are no icons, no taskbar, no system tray, but the screen saver will still kick in.
