Now that I have upgraded to me I cannot get into photoshop because of this problem.. I have searched the net and need a fix. Please help. Shell32.dll is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:SH create stream on FIle A>
I have the same problem. I now have the replacment files, but don't know where to put them.

Same prob-where did you get replacement files? Are these new? I have both original files in my Photo Deluxe Program and in Windows System. I get the error msg trying to load Photo Deluxe.
