Every time I start or re-start my system, I get the error of Explorer has a shell32.dll error, explorer will now shut down. Try restarting you computer if this continues. Now the problem can be bypassed if I click on Dr. Watson. It doesn't fix it, but it puts it somewhere enough so that I can use all of the functions on my system. I have tried every option that there is on the msn help page and nothing is working. My second problem is that my ctrl/alt/del wont work. I've tried on several occasions to use this and nothing happens or even comes across the screen. HELP PLEASE!
