I´ve got this problem with shell32.dll and shlwapi.dll the problem is that the computer says: The SHELL32.DLL file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:SHCreateStreamOnFileA.
I need to fix that problem quickly.

i'm getting that error as well - you may be able to fix it by finding another copy of shlwapi.dll (on the web?) and replacing the current copy on your hard drive.... let me know if you figure this out, i'm stuck also.

I have encountered the same 'missing-link' problem with other programs.
The error isn't withhin the shell32.dll-file that is for sure. (I compared shell32.dll with the original shell32.dll)
But I also have no ide how to resolve the problem.

Reinstall the Windows to solve the problem
though you can extract the file using SFC
utility, it is best to reinstall the Windows

Got this from another web site - seems to be related to Paperport....
We recommend that this page be printed for future use. To print this page select "Print" from the "File" drop down menu or click on the "Print" icon located at the top of the screen.
An error message regarding the Shlwapi.dll or Shlwadi.dll file can be caused by a missing or corrupt file.To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. From the Windows "Start" button, select "Find" and then "Files or Folders". This will open the "Find: All Files" dialog box.
2. In the "Named" field, type SHLWAPI.DLL and click the "Find Now" button. Make sure in the "Look In" field the (C:) drive is selected, and the box to "Include Subfolders" is checked.
3. When the files are listed in the bottom box, right mouse click on the one that is found in the "Paprport" folder and select "Rename" from the pop up menu. Rename the file to SHLWAPI.OLD.
4. Now right mouse click on the one that was found in the "Windows\System" folder and select "Copy" from the pop up menu.
5. Right mouse click on the Windows "Start" button, and select "Explorer".
6. When the "Explorer" dialog box opens, locate the folder on the left-hand side called "Paprport" and double click on it, the contents of the folder will now appear on the right-hand side.
7. From the "Edit" drop down menu select "Paste" to copy the file that was copied in step 4 into the Paprport folder.
8. Close all open windows and restart the computer.

i need help on this issue. i can't even start windows and do all the name changing. As soon as i see my desktop i am getting the shell 32.dll file with shlwapi.dll message and the computer freezes on me. Please if someone could help me out!
