Hi, my Norton Internet Security 2004 recently found a trojan virus in my drive called SERVICES.exe. The problem is, it won't remove/delete the file when I try to viruscan. Does anybody know how i can get rid of this virus? Also whenever I try to open my notepad, it won't let me. Any help is appreciated

Normally when a anti-virus program finds an infected file and does not remove it, it is because the file has been backed up into the System Restore area where the anti-virus program can not touch it, and where it is harmless.
You did not indicate where the program was on your system, so we have to assume it was in the C:\_RESTORE folder of System Restore.
All Anti-Virus sites advise you to Disable System Restore when removing virus on Windows ME and XP systems, and the enable it when done.
