Hi, I have been having a problem sending a link, or the other option to send the page. Im using I.E.6, AND hotmail With Windows ME. Every time I try to send a link from the page Im on, hotmail opens up at my homepage.This is driving me nuts. Ive checked all the settings I can think of, maybe Im missing one? I assume by "homepage" you mean the front page of Hotmail.
I tried setting hotmail to the default email handler in Internet Explorer 5, 5.5, and 6. It does this on all of them. I'm thinking this is "by design".
You could set up Outlook Express to handle your hotmail, then set the default email handler to be OE. It should do what you want then.
