Comment:

Just reformatted and reinstalled Win ME, and found that the Start>Search>Files and Folders function doesn't seem to work.
It just sits there and doesn't even crank.
The other search features "seem" to be OK.
I also installed Copernic. Could this somehow screwed things up?
Is there some setting that I can change or way to reinstall the Search feature?
Thanks!

Do you have TweakUI installed? If so,check under the Desktop tab,I believe, and make sure that display search results is checked.
