SEAL Sound Card Not Setected

I have a SEAL SSC-410 sound card that will not show up anywhere on my pc. The setup.exe that is on the install CD says that the chip is not on my system. Any advise as to how to remedy this?

Thanks Swapped spots with my graphics card and all works fine now. Now if I can just get rid of that iritateing feedback/buzzing type noise, then that would work well.
