Save email before reformat computer?

Does anyone know how I can save me email in outlook and outlook express as well as addresses I have stored on these programs? I want to reformat my coputer because it seems that there are some conflicts that can only be fixed by start the whole thing over.

Hi, To save e-mails simply copy and paste them onto floppy disks. Don't worry about the icon changing after the format, they will look ak agin when copied back into your in box in express.
For the address book copy the *.pab onto another floppy, you may have to do a search for it, if there are more than one make sure you take the latest one.

Oh..boy..it looks like you all do not know how to save messages...
Just select them all and drag them to a folder of your choice.
I hoppe you all know how to create a folder, dimension a window and use the mouse.
