A run time error can occur when Windows is unable to run a visual basic script (vbs) and this probably indicates that the download is incomplete or badly written. You could contact the website from which you are downloading.

A word of warning. I'm not sure whether it's the same waterfall screensaver but I have read recently that the licence agreement of a waterfall screensaver includes you giving permission for a Trojan program which the download plants on your PC to send information back to its authors, and you'll probably find that it is the same for the other screensavers. Many "freebies" are written for this purpose and I would be wary of them. Make sure you have a personal firewall running, such as Zone Alarm or Tiny Personal Firewall which will point out that this is happening. Also run adaware from www.lavasoft.de to keep your system free of Trojans.
