I have a problem running the Scan at HouseCall...It goes through the downloading part of Java...Then this comes up: Error 1704, An Installation for Java (TM)6 updat 3 is currently suspended. You must undo changes to continue...Do you wnat to undo changes...I check Yes...Then I get...Please wait while th install wizard installs J2SE Runtim Enviornment 5.0 updat 3...It starts and 8 bars are showing then it Stops...and will not continue...this happens Every Time...Can someone help me Thanks Shielda
you would be better off google for 'advanced windows care' free download, the best one button scan for all computer ills. many of my customers never call anymore for repairs after i install this on their computer
I went to Advanced windows care...I went through the download...then it came up and said: The setup files are corrumpted. Please obtain a new copy of the program......I went through it again and it said the same thing... Any suggestion? Shielda
I follow your directions "error cleanup ulitity...It found 326 problems :( Would only fix 20...so I did that...now I am downloading the Java you gave directions for above... Wonder why that found 326 problems on my computer Shielda
I was able to do the housecall scan...it took all night...Well, I started it and after 4 hours I went to bed...of course I have dial up internet service...when I got up this morning it had finished and found 5 problems...so I let it delete them...I am going to re-run it again and see if everything is ok.. My computer seems to be working great... Thanks again for your help Shielda
