I need to open something in my control panels but it says it can't find rundll32.exe to view the program. Does anyone know where I can download this? Thank you.

C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\INSTALL\WIN_17.CAB is the location of rundll32.exe in your cab files.
Extract it to C:\windows

I would check for a virus if this file is missing , Winsircam virus is known to delete or rename this file to something else .
