Doing Ctrl-Alt-Delete to shut off all running programs Rundll.32 are the last ones left and can not be shut off. It seems that it turns back on by it self, how do I shut it off?

you might also get a program called "end it all", I found the link on another post here, do a search, it allows you to shut off just about all you would want. I have no problems shutting off Rundll.32 with it.
