when I try to look at .jpegs on my computer this error message always comes up C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHIMGVW.DLL what do I do I tryed restore and its not helping I even went back 1 month and still nothing

My Rundll was deleted also...I tried to download it from a recommened site, but it said something like "you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." I am on Windows Me and do not have the startup disk. CAn anyone please help me by sending me a copy through email or something? BigPimpinA16@aol.com

Summary: you might also get a program called "end it all", I found the link on another post here, do a search, it allows you to shut off just about all you would want. I have no problems shutting off Rundll.32...
