rundll32 problem

i run windows me and every once in a while this window pops up and tells me 'rundll32 has caused a problem in kerneldll32 try restarting computer if problem persists'. my question is what could be causing this and there any way i can fix this problem. can someone help me out i would really appreciate it. thanks

hello have you had imesh installed on your computer? you need to go look in add/remove programs if you have a program listed there called new.net remove it this might help it did for me. this might not be your problem but its the only one i got if any one else has a solution please post it thx
