To all who have HP Photosmart printers causing the Visual C++ Rundll32 abnormal program termination......I received a call from Jennifer Pettus at HP tonight telling me they now have patch for this. Anyone who has this problem should call HP Tech support (I know, one more long distance phone call!) and TELL them you want the patch for the Visual C++ Runtime Error. Supposedly this will fix our problem. Thanks to all who kept on HP's butt to FINALLY get them to acknowledge a problem (which they didn't even start tracking until January!) and come up with a fix. Hopefully it will work. I know I didn't get anywhere with them until I contacted their Consumer Advocate Department. Keep your fingers crossed and hope their patch works! Thanks again, MJ
